Additional KYC
Information
If you live in a foreign country and you have Identification from your
original country, for example, you are originally from The UK but live
in South Africa and you have a British passport, you can use your
passport as part of your KYC identification BUT – THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE according to the Rules and Regulations we have to
follow, you must also send in a Residential Permit which states that
you are legally living/working in South Africa or whichever country it
might be that you are living and working in.
So, just to clarify further, I will give you another example. Paul is
from Hungary but has been living and working in Norway for 3 years. In
order to be KYC approved Paul needs to submit
A copy of his government issued photo ID (Passport, Driving License, ID
card),
A copy of his Norwegian working permit and
Proof of his address (a letter from his bank, a solicitor, utility bill
etc – all no older than 3 months of age)
To send his KYC documents to Towah, he will log into www.towahbanking.com and
upload his documents. He will make sure that his documents are not
larger than 3mb and will also make sure that his file names only contain
the letters A-Z and or numbers 1-0. For any further information on
KYC, please contact support@towah.com.
